PRECEDENTES HISTÓRICOS
Euclides XXI es un homenaje y spin-off de la aventura conversacional ARQUIMEDES XXI, creada originalmente para Spectrum y MSX por Dinamic y convertida para Amstrad CPC por ESP Soft.

SITUACIÓN ACTUAL
La situación es desesperada. Te despiertas en la enfermería de la base espacial Euclides XXI. Desde hace tres años prestas servicio en esta estación de intercambio entre los cuadrantes Alfa 23 y Nhemiria 1, destinada al estudio de un vértice temporal cercano a la estación.
Poco a poco te reincorporas y notas que la base se encuentra en estado de alerta. El sonido de la alarma y las luces naranjas intermitentes así te lo confirman.

HISTORICAL PRECEDENTS
Euclides XXI is a tribute and spin-off of the conversational adventure ARQUIMEDES XXI, originally created for Spectrum and MSX by Dinamic and converted for Amstrad CPC by ESP Soft.

CURRENT SITUATION
The situation is desperate. You wake up in the infirmary of the Euclides XXI space base. For three years you have been serving in this exchange station between quadrants Alpha 23 and Nhemiria 1, destined to the study of a temporal vertex near the station.

Gradually, you come to your senses and notice that the base is in a state of alert. The sound of the alarm and the flashing orange lights confirm this.

What has happened?

Rápidamente te acercas a un terminal y tecleas desesperadamente los comandos necesarios para conocer el estatus de la instalación:
• Base Euclides XXI en estado de alerta roja.
• Sistema de autodestrucción activado.
• Personal de la base evacuado.
¿Qué vas a hacer ahora? ¿Huir? ¿Desactivar la autodestrucción de la base?

You quickly approach a terminal and desperately type the necessary commands to know the status of the installation:
- Euclid Base XXI in red alert status.
- Self-destruct system activated.
- Base personnel evacuated.
What are you going to do now? Run away? Deactivate the base's self-destruct?
